As more and more ideas are popping into my head about teleportation, I've been thinking, how would we stay alive after teleportation?
Because teleportation would break down your cells, and then put them back together, it will be extremely hard to make it so that a dead body doesn't come out the other end.
It would be extremely hard to put the cells back in an order that allows blood to flow, brain cells to work, and your heart to pump. Because we are dealing with a living thing, not a webpage, teleportation will be extremely hard.
When we deal with a webpage, even if the code is just missing 1 bracket, parts of the webpage are messed up. So we mess up with just 1 cell, it could be a dead or deformed body coming out the other end.
The only logical way to solve this is to have people monitoring the teleportation at the end, and then seeing what cells need to be moved, and move them with special equipment. The only problem is that this would take a while, so only long-distance teleportation would make any sense.
We would also have to deal with DNA, which would be a whole different story. We just recently read the whole human genome, so we are a long way from teleportation.
I think that teleportation is still possible, but it will take years and years before it is invented. Please comment as I would like to start a discussion and make sure you read all of my posts!

Teleportation Hacking
In my last post, I talked a bit about how teleportation could be similar to the internet. The thing is, with the internet, there are many hackers lurking around. What if people hacked teleportation?
This would be EXTREMELY dangerous, much more dangerous than internet hacking. With internet hacking, people can find your ip, somehow hack your computer from your ip, and find your passwords and all to your bank and then take all your money. With teleportation, who knows what might happen?
When your computer is hacked, the hacker can go into all of your files. So if you were hacked while teleporting, the hacker could potentially look into your DNA, and change it. Possibly even kill you.
This also opens up something thought to be impossible; hypnosis. The hacker could potentially go into the victims brain (hope thats not me!) and then change your thoughts. So, how could we stop this?
First off, we would have to ensure that there are tons of people constantly monitoring the teleportation system so that hackers wouldnt be able to have access. Secondly, there would have to be much less people teleporting at the same time. Probably only one person for each person monitoring the teleportation system. So if we had 100,000 people teleporting at the same time, we would need 100,000 people monitoring the teleportation system. This would also improve the jobs market.
I hope everybody finds my posts interesting! Please comment and ask me questions!

How teleportation just might work!
Teleportation. The thought is so amazing, being able to go from your house to the store in a matter of seconds, rather than minutes. Cars would be eliminated, reducing greenhouse gases by over 50%, this could also be the answer to global warming. But the biggest question is, how?
Well, think about cell phones. When we talk into them, the sound goes into the phone, gets translated into a radio-signal, goes to the recipients phone and gets translated back into sound. The sound doesnt come out distorted either.
Teleportation may work the same way. When we hit the teleportaion button (or whatever it will be), the machine will translate our sells into radio waves, then at the teleportation site, it translates the radio waves back into cells. This could work.
But sometimes, you cant completelly understand somebody on the phone, and so what if that happened while teleporting? That wouldnt be good. So now think about what you are using right now. The internet.
This style would be much more safe, because when your reading something on a web-page, it doesnt come out all distorted unless the code is messed up.
Teleportation definately is possible, and hopefully will be made soon, but it will be alot harder than making the internet, because our cells are much more delicate and important than websites.
